What we offer :
•Provide legal support on employment-related matters to Human Resources and other internal clients.
•The candidate must have extensive experience providing advice and counsel on a wide range of employment issues, including handling EEO charges and related investigations,employment litigaton, performance counseling, non-compete, FMLA, harassment issues, wage and hour, OSHA, and all aspects of reductions in force, including selection process,communications, releases and transition plans.
•Candidate must have exposure and general understanding of issues related to employee benefits (ERISA), immigration,traditional labor and affirmative action regulatory compliance.
Who we are looking for:
The candidate must possess a JD degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. Must have seven to ten years of law firm or related in-house experience. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, proven self-starter with a strong ability to understand both the legal and business objectives of the company. The individual must possess a professional demeanor that fits with the company’s solutions-oriented style. The individual must also be able to work with little or no direction or oversight, be proactive and work well with others within a matrixed organization.
