What we offer
•Be in charge of business growth of electronic material in China  to achieve company growth target;
•Manage business to grow and gain share in existing customers at   providing high quality services such as order entry, product management on performance and quality, price and contract terms/conditions negotiation, material supply planning and management, specs-in product and customer relationship promotions.
•Be responsible for new business growth in new customers and/or new models of product with customers that include identifying new target customers, lead specs-in process of product, reflect customer need on product to company and NPIs etc. at leverage company resources of Marketing, technology and support functions.
•Work with distributor managers to develop distribution channels to improve coverage, service level and competitiveness in order to growing end-users customer business.
•Support marketing and technical team on market and competitors intelligence and customer promotion activities.
•Complete processes on e-System at company time requirement such as demand forecast update, new targets on SOPS etc
Who we are looking for
• Chemical or electronic university education background
• >=3 yrs working experience in electronic industry
• Proficient English in oral and written
• Able to travel frequently
• Good communication and influencing skills include listening skills
• Good customer skills and conflict handling skills
• Good interpersonal skills and skills working in a matrix org.
•Strong sense of ownership and high level of passion
• Self-motivated
